About me
I’ve lived with animals all my life. Today, our family includes four Persian cats: Simba, Ronja, Pätu, and Birku and three German Shepherds: Quanta, Vips, and Fika.
Horses also hold a special place in my heart. I even took riding lessons when I was younger.
So I guess my grooming salon was born out to be surrounded by pets because they’re a inseparable part of my life, and I couldn’t imagine living without them.
I’ve been a certified groomer since 2024, and I put my heart into my work.
Every pet receives my full attention and care, just as if they were my own.
In the salon I maintain a calm atmosphere to minimize stress, ensuring that every pet feels safe and comfortable.
FAQ
How long does grooming usually take?
The grooming time depends on the pet’s size, coat condition, and the type of service. A full grooming session usually takes 1.5–3 hours. The exact time can be determined at the salon once I’ve assessed your pet, or by contacting me directly before your appointment.
Does the owner need to be present during grooming?
The owner does not need to be present during grooming. You can drop off your pet at the salon and pick them up later. I will let you know when the session is nearing completion. If your pet is very anxious or has special needs, your presence may be recommended.
What if my pet is very shy or aggressive?
My approach is calm and patient, and I make sure to take breaks with your pet if needed.
If your pet shows aggression, has health issues, or any other concerns, please inform me in advance so I can prepare accordingly or suggest alternatives. In cases of aggression or serious health problems, I reserve the right to refuse service.
Booking and cancellation policy?
Bookings can be made through the online booking system or by contacting me directly. When making a booking, I kindly ask for your contact details along with your pet’s breed, age, and name.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled grooming. For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, the salon reserves the right to charge 50% of the booked service value.
In case of lateness, please inform me immediately.
